Arthur covers a specific procedure at a specific hospital. Eligibility varies by operation — each programme below sets out who can be covered.

Our partner hospitals

Cover is offered through the hospital as part of its fixed-price self-pay package. There is nothing for the patient to buy separately.

Procedure: Knee replacement
Cover period: 12 months from the date of surgery
Who is eligible: Self-paying patients having a covered procedure at the hospital. Patients with a BMI over 40, or with diabetes, are not eligible for cover.
Cost to the patient: None — cover is built into the package price and paid for by the hospital
How it’s settled: Eligible care is invoiced to Arthur directly by the hospital
