How cover works

Settled with the hospital, not with you.

  1. 01

    Built into the price

The cost of cover is included in your hospital’s package price and paid for by the hospital. There is nothing extra to pay.

  2. 02

    Explained at consultation

Your surgeon explains the potential complications of your procedure and the protection in place to cover you.

  3. 03

    One year of cover

Cover starts on the date of your surgery and lasts a whole year.

  4. 04

    Invoiced to Arthur

If you need eligible care, the hospital arranges it and invoices Arthur directly.
