This website is run by Arthur Health Ltd, trading as Arthur (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

These terms apply to the website only. Cover provided through Arthur is governed by the policy terms, which you can find on our policy page.

02Information on this site

The content on this site is general information about Arthur and self-pay surgery. It isn’t medical advice, and it isn’t financial advice or a recommendation about any treatment or product. Always talk to your surgeon or hospital about your own care.

Prices and figures shown on the site, such as the £15,000 knee replacement, are illustrative. Costs of complications are indicative ranges. What is and isn’t covered is set out in the policy terms, which take precedence over anything on this site.

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we can’t guarantee that everything on it is complete or current at all times.

03Using the site

You may use the site for your own information. Please don’t:

• use it in any way that breaks the law or is fraudulent;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it runs on or any connected system;
• use automated tools to copy, scrape or collect content from the site (search engines indexing it are welcome);
• introduce viruses or other harmful material, or attack the site in any way.

If you find a security weakness in the site, please tell us at hello@arthurhealth.co.uk rather than testing it further.

The Arthur name, logo, text, design, photographs and graphics on this site belong to us or are used under licence. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with credit, but please don’t copy or republish our content for commercial use without asking first.

Where we link to other websites, such as a partner hospital or LinkedIn, we do so for your information. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they use your information.

06Our responsibility to you

We don’t exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Otherwise, we aren’t responsible for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from relying on its general content.

How we use personal information is explained in our privacy notice. The site sets no cookies; we measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without them.

08Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
